T21 Standard assault rifle replica (Explorer version) - black
The Explorer version is “budget” line in the S&T replicas family.
It allows T21 to be sold in cheaper price but maintains high quality manufacture.
Basic changes include lack of EBB (Electric Blow Back) mechanism and slightly different materials used for production.
The replica was mostly made from polymer – just like it's real life counterpart. The outer barrel, the magazine and other small elements were made from metal while the body was made from reinforced polymer.
The carbine has all real firearm features, including folding ironsights and top 22mm RIS rail allowing the installation of various aiming devices. The hop-up adjustment is accessed by retracting the charging handle and opening ejection port. One interesting feat is a working bolt-catch. The outer barrel ens with 14mm CCW thread and a flash hider.
One of the most important features is long (especially when compared to overall replica's length) inner barrel. It grants high precision and accuracy while keeping the carbine compact in size and comfortable to use.
T21 is fed from magazines resembling the 5,56mm STANAG magazines, typically used by M4 family carbines.
The replica is fitted with quick spring change system which allows for fast and easy spring change without the need of gearbox disassembly. When combined with replica's specific construction, it allows using one replica in both CQB and open field games.
